So, this is where we will be posting information from or about Carl as he gets ready and serves his two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He received his call in May to serve in the Brasilia, Brazil mission and is supposed to report to the MTC in Sao Paulo on September 21, 2011.
In the meantime, we have spent hours filling out paperwork, visiting doctors, getting shots, going to the State Capitol and running around purchasing all of the things needed to get him ready to leave (in only 4 weeks from today!).
